The Brew Basics tour is designed for beer lovers who enjoy learning just as much as tasting. This guided experience takes you through three local breweries of different sizes, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how scale, technique, and production influence the final pour.
From micro to larger operations, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the craft while enjoying a relaxed, social day beyond the beach.

- Price: $125 per person
- Meeting Location: Park and Ride on Hwy 331, just north of Hwy 98
- Check-In Time: 10:15 AM
- Departure Time: 10:30 AM (prompt)
- Proper ID required and will be your pass to board the van
- Closed-toe shoes required for this tour
A minimum of 6 guests is required for this tour to run. Group size is limited to a maximum of 12 guests to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience.

The Odd Pelican Beer Company
Our first stop is a local microbrewery where you’ll see how small-batch production brings bold flavor to life. Learn how beer is crafted from start to finish while enjoying tastings of house favorites brewed on site.
Props Brewery
Next, we visit a small brewery where increased capacity allows for expanded production while maintaining hands-on craftsmanship. This stop highlights how growth influences brewing style, consistency, and distribution.
Grayton Beer Company
Coming Soon
Our final stop showcases a medium-to-large brewery operation, offering insight into larger-scale brewing, equipment, and production methods. This stop completes the journey from micro to larger-scale craft brewing.

Travel times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, road construction, and other circumstances beyond our control. Emerald Coast Winery Tours is not responsible for delays or missed flights resulting from these factors. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and allow additional time for travel.

Emerald Coast Winery Tours provides transportation services only. We do not serve, provide, or sell alcohol. All alcohol consumption takes place at independent winery, brewery, and distillery venues.
We are not responsible for the service, products, actions, or incidents that occur at these locations, or for any circumstances arising after guests are returned to their designated drop-off location. Guests participate in tastings at their own risk and are responsible for their own conduct and safety while at each venue.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- The full amount of the tour will be refunded with 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled tour date.
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour will receive a refund minus the reservation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
